1) NO drugs on this property or the cops will be called!
2) No underage drinking. Please consume alcohol discretely if you are of age.
3) If you have visitors or pets....you are responsible for their behavior....and you must repair or replace things damaged by them. Pets MUST be leashed.
4) You may refuse to do a job....but you must be clear about it, not just leave it undone.
5) If you eat here you are responsible for helping with preparation, clean-up and dishes.
6) If you use the telephone you MUST use a phone card. Make sure no one calls here after 9PM.
7) Tools must be put away...not left out. Books may be borrowed with permission.
