1 pound bacon or 1 jar real bacon bits
2 onions, chopped
2 pounds potatoes, diced
water to cover....no more
2 cans corn with liquid
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
2 cans evaporated milk
seasoned salt
pepper
Slice up bacon into pieces and fry well. Drain most of fat, Fry onions with the bacon. Add potatoes to the pot, cover with water. Cook until soft. Add corn, soup, milk and seasonings. Mmmmmmmm......
